o This cheese mix consists of Swiss cheese (Tête de Moine AOP) as the main ingredient, along with Swiss white wine.
o Simply heat and enjoy.
o Preparation: Prepare the bread cubs. Open the pouch and pour the content into a "caquelon" or a pan. Bring the fondue quickle to the boil. Stir continously. Add pepper, netmeg, garlic or paprika to taste. To serve, place the "caquelon" over a spirit lamp or a burner and keep the fondue at boiling point. Stick bread cubes on a fork, dip into the fondue and enjoy. As a side dish we recommend cursty pieces of gread, boiled potatoes, chrunchy vegetables or pieces of fruit.
