o With the GSD universal vegetable slicer, for example, cucumbers, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, onions, cabbage, fruit and even hard cheese can be cut effortlessly. The rust-free, high-quality stainless steel knife made in Germany enables a pulling cut through the slanted knife position. Different types of cuts can be created thanks to the easily exchangeable inserts. The leftover food can be easily processed with the end-piece-holder with finger protection. Thanks to the handy and compact format, the slicer sits comfortably in the hand and can be stowed away in the kitchen to save space. The frame is made of high-quality, impact-resistant plastic.

o ATTENTION: you need the main knife no. 15 019 for all applications except for the waffle-insert no. 15 032, so that you can cut/plane. Only the waffle-insert 15 032 does not need a main knife!

o With MAAJ you can easily assemble your own vegetable slicer - depending on which function/color you need specifically for your application.For example if you just need a new frame when your existing inserts still cut sharp. Or you can choose, for example, a white frame with a red insert  and a red frame with a green insert - if, for example, you always slice the same vegetables and need to be quick without changing inserts. There are no limits to your imagination, configure exactly what is required.
